We'll start the afternoon by identifying common challenges, issues and thoughts that are on your mind right now. Then, using creative and coaching techniques, you will work in groups or individually to find solutions and individual plans of action.
If you’re managing a digital programme or a digital project and you’ve come across an obstacle (a person, a process, a strategy or a budget) you will come out of this session with a boost of confidence and enthused because you’ll know what to do next.
And you’ll meet some amazing colleagues who can help you on this journey.

Cost: £65 per person
Cancellations and refunds: A fee is being charged to cover for costs of organising and venue hire. If attendance is cancelled:
- up to 3 weeks before the event = 100% of cost refunded
- up to 2 weeks = 50% refund
- 2 weeks and less before the event = no refund.
In the event that the event is cancelled by the organiser 100% of event fee will be refunded, or the fee can be used at the next event.
