Digital Leadership was founded by me, Brani Milosevic, a digital communications strategist with over 20 years’ experience in the UK charity sector. I help non-profits solve problems by putting humans at the centre of process and decision making.
Digital Leadership specialises in developing individuals, teams and senior management to create 21st century, modern, organisations. By aligning people, process and technology, we can achieve better results and happier workplaces.
I developed my digital strategy, campaigning and fundraising skills in some of the UK’s biggest international charities, including CAFOD, Save the Children UK and World Animal Protection. I’ve been on the board of Greenpeace UK and War on Want. I’m a certified executive coach and CharityComms mentor.

Greenpeace International
I supported Greenpeace International CTO in creating a digital maturity process, tools and training for the global network of 29 national organisations. I also ran a digital transformation pilot with one of their national offices and used the lessons to develop their approach to digital maturity and digital transformation.
Brooke
I delivered digital strategy development and long-term support to the Director of Fundraising and Communications at this animal welfare charity. I helped clarify and design a strategic vision, then make it a reality across operations, change management and recruitment.
Chatham House
I led the implementation of digital transformation strategy at this world-leading think tank. We boosted digital marketing capabilities and transformed recruitment and training.
Parkinson’s UK
I undertook a digital maturity audit that helped the organisation identify main areas of improvement. I also created an evaluation framework to keep the organisation informed about progress and excited about their vision for change. I also ran a skills audit and supported the development of a new competency framework.
Samaritans
I created a digital engagement strategy to ensure that communications, fundraising and campaigning teams could develop digital operations by building audience journeys and improving planning, team roles and structures.
In addition to running Digital Leadership consultancy, digital maturity assessments and coaching, for the UK and Europe I’m working with my wonderful colleagues from the Charity Change Collective.
